Julia Langkraehr – Director

The company’s Entrepreneurial Founder, Development Director and investor brings a seasoned 20 years of shopping centre experience to the table. Julia has been building expertise since her university years, when she earned a BA in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing with emphasis in Shopping Centre Management.

Before starting her business, Julia helped develop a Pan-European Shopping Centre Portfolio, which saw her create and implement in-house commercialisation programmes across the continent.

In addition, she leads forum-training sessions and strategic summits to help emerging entrepreneurs across Europe and Africa realise their full business potential.

Martin Kemp - Managing Director

Coming in with retail experience at M&S, Martin enjoys adapting big-business concepts to smaller and family-owned companies. He also brings years of experience from leading a manufacturing company in the home wares and beauty industry.

With his fresh perspective on the specialty retail leasing sector, Martin is innovating the Retail Profile approach. "It's been great to see a team's hard work help expand the company both domestically and abroad," he says.

Claire Moir – Regional Leasing Manager


Claire is Retail Profile’s resident commercial expert. With 12 years of commercialisation experience in sectors like high street, airport, theme park and transport station, she truly holds a broad grasp of what keeps retailers visible and which tactics are best for boosting profit.

Claire, who joined RP in October 2008, oversees a team of six to maintain functionality at the company’s centres in south England. She “loves the opportunity to support small businesses and help them fulfil their potential”.

Jackie Gallone - Regional Leasing Manager

Jackie is testament to Retail Profile’s aim to build relationships with its employees. She started at the company five years ago, as a specialty leasing representative for Leeds, and quickly earned a promotion to oversee the North East region. As the company grew, she moved up to regional leasing manager, which sees her lead a team of four and manage all off-site leasing programmes.

Jackie moved to Retail Profile from an entirely different sector: buying for manufacturing and engineering companies. But she says the payoffs (“helping clients to start their business and achieve their ambitions and goals”) have been well worth the transition.

Farhan Ahmad – Accountant

Retail Profile’s Accounts Manager brings financial management and reporting expertise to the team, through extensive experience in the retail, telecom and manpower industries.

An ACCA qualified member, Farhan has served the company since autumn 2007 and “thoroughly enjoys working for RP and taking on the challenges that it presents.”

Trevor Hold – Operations Manager

The man originally brought on to keep RMUs up and running has since become an expert on the supplies needed to draw shoppers to a product. Trevor, who joined Retail Profile in April 2006, now oversees purchasing, storage, logistics and installation of all retail units.

With Safecontractor accreditation earned in 2007 and NEBOSH certification for Occupational Health and Safety in 2008, Trevor ensures that retailers and centre owners can have the utmost confidence in temporary structures.

Trevor previously worked as service manager for the UK’s largest independent ATM deployer and oversaw 40 engineers across the country.
