One of Scotland’s leading manufacturers of luxury toiletries and gifts, Arran Aromatics, will be retailing their extensive product collections in more shopping centres around Scotland in the run up to Christmas.
Founded in 1989 on the Isle of Arran, the family owned business is renowned for its quality, hand-finished products that are created to reflect the inspirational, natural elements of the company’s island home.
Arran Aromatics will bring their products to a selection of Scottish shopping centres over the festive period, including their recent arrival to Buchanan Galleries, Glasgow at the start of November. The brand will be trading from an on-mall kiosk, retailing their vast range of bath and body products, fragrances, candles and festive gift sets.

Leading cosmetics and fragrance company opens pop-up shop on mobile kiosk in Manchester Arndale
Crabtree & Evelyn has opened a new pop-up shop using a Retail Profile mobile kiosk in Manchester Arndale.
The cosmetics and fragrance company will be retailing to shoppers on the kiosk in the run up to Christmas. The mobile kiosk is located on the upper mall of Manchester Arndale and showcases fragrances, body care products, fine foods and gift sets from their best-selling La Source, Gardeners, Rosewater and Pomegranate, Argan & Grapeseed collections.
Jacqui Gale at Crabtree & Evelyn says of the pop-up shop “We are very excited about opening the first Crabtree & Evelyn pop-up shop in Manchester Arndale. We are offering a range of products from the kiosk with many gift ideas for Christmas presents.”

Lakeside Welcomes Gift RMU

Retail Director, Martin Kemp, Keynote Speaker At Event
Retail Profile and SpaceandPeople will be attending the Business Start-Up event this week being held at the Excel in London on the 6th and 7th of June.
The two day event, along with the ‘The Great British Business Show’, attracts more than 20,000 businesses who attend with the primary agenda of improving and expanding their business.

Krispy Kreme opens in The Bridges, Sunderland
Krispy Kreme opened a second outlet in the North East of England yesterday. Fresh doughnuts will be delivered to the new coffee bar in The Bridges Shopping Centre, Sunderland every day from the local Hotlight store in Gateshead. The new store also offers Krispy Kreme coffee to accompany the 16 delicious varieties of doughnut available.
The store is located on Walworth Way near to Tesco Metro.

Capital Shopping Centres has increased the number of high end retailers at its Bromley shopping centre The Glades. Phase Eight, celebrating its 15th year in the centre next month, has upgraded to a new unit, trebling in size to a 1,677-sq ft store next to TM Lewin, Coast, Karen Millen and Kurt Geiger. The Apple Store also opened at the end of September 2012.
Leading footwear brand Sole Trader has also taken a 2,017-sq ft store opposite Hennes and Mango, in keeping with fashion led retailers that are already established in The Glades.
Jonathan Ainsley, asset management director for CSC, said: “These new lettings really demonstrate how well The Glades is performing; representing the attraction of the centre for new retailers and the successful trading of existing retailers. These lettings form part of our vision to make The Glades a one stop shopping destination which perfectly meets the needs of the affluent catchment it serves with an offer that comprises quality and choice. Apple opens new store in The Harlequin Watford
Apple opened a new store on the upper tier of The Harlequin Centre this weekend (Saturday 15th September 2012). The opening was well attended with hundreds of customers visiting the store throughout the day. The opening of the Apple’s 34th retail store in the UK has also created several new jobs in The Harlequin Centre.
